About Brighter Days Integrative Therapy

My passion for helping others is deeply personal. Having experienced profound grief that reshaped my life and family, I embarked on my own healing journey—one that informs the empathy, understanding, and commitment I bring to my work today. I believe therapy should be both evidence-based and individualized, supporting clients in ways that resonate with their personal experiences and goals. I specialize in working with individuals and couples to address relational trauma, strengthen emotional regulation, and foster lasting healing.

Whether navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, or relationship challenges, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can find the support they need to explore, grow, and heal as they discover brighter days ahead.
